Jim Hill, Pastor
Pastor Jim was born in Daytona Beach, Florida on April 6, 1957. He graduated from Mainland Senior High School in 1975. He married the former Robin Clark of Lebanon, Indiana on August 4, 1976. They have two children Robin Marie (born on November 15, 1979) and Brandon James (born on June 16, 1985). Robin Marie married John Clary in February 1999 and has two children. The grandchildren's names are Austin (born on April 5, 2000) and Cierra (born on April 10, 2001).
Pastor Jim retired from the United States Air Force in 1996. He was licensed to preach in 1991 and ordained in 1992. He graduated from The Baptist College of Florida (formerly Florida Baptist Theological College) in Graceville, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. Having served churches in Florida and Alabama, Pastor Jim began his ministry at Ridgecrest on September 1, 1998.

Harry Circle, Associate Pastor
Bro. Harry grew up in Kiowa, Kansas where he graduated from high school in 1952. After attending the University of Wichita on a music scholarship he married his high school sweetheart, the former Ellen Wells, in 1953. In 1954 he went into the United States Army. While serving in Germany as a Chaplain's Assistant he received the Lord as his Savior and knew he was called into full time Christian service. Upon being discharged from the army he and his wife moved to Texas. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1956. He graduated from Baylor University in 1958 and then attended Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Bro. Harry has served churches in Texas, Missouri, and Alabama. Most of the years were spent in pastoral ministry, but also served churches as Associate Pastor; Minister of Music, Youth and Education. He retired from full time Christian ministry in 1999. Since that time he has served nine different churches as Interim Pastor and one church as Associate Pastor, Minister of Education and Minister of Senior Adults. He began his ministry at Ridgecrest as Associate Pastor on June 27, 2010.
He and his wife have two daughters, Cindy Morgan who lives in Clarksville, TN, and Linda Sheppard who lives in Headland, AL. They also have four grandchildren.

Richard Rogers, Minister of Youth & Children
Bro. Richard was born in Headland, Alabama on February 27, 1970. He attended Dale County High School and served in the Alabama National Guard from March 1988 until March of 1991. He married his high school sweetheart, the former Robin Denise Landrum of Ozark, Alabama on January 22, 1988. They have two beautiful daughters, Candace Denice Rogers and Amber Louise Rogers. God called Bro. Richard into the ministry in August, 2003. He began serving on staff here at Ridgecest on January 1, 2005 as Associate Pastor and he was ordained on March 6, 2005. He is currently serving as the Minister of Youth/Children.

Johnny Anderson, Minister of Music
Bro. Johnny was born in Troy, Alabama on January 13, 1955 and grew up in the small Coffee County community of New Hope. He graduated from New Brockton High School in 1973. He attended Enterprise State Junior College, receiving an Associates Degree in Secondary Education in 1975. He graduated from Troy State University in 1977 with a B.S. Degree in Science and Music Education. He received a Masters in Science Education degree from Troy State University in Dothan in 1981. He is also a teacher at Carroll High School in Ozark, where he sponsors a Christian club. Johnny has served 5 churches, beginning in 1975, when called to Ariton Baptist Church as Minister of Music and Youth. In June 1999 he was ordained into the Gospel Ministry.
He married the former Barbara Batchelor on December 17, 1977. They have two sons, Jesse (born July 14, 1982) and Joshua (born September 3, 1984). Johnny began serving Ridgecrest Baptist in September 2000 as Minister Of Music.
